Alliance Association Management Community Managers Receive CMCA Designation
Community Associations in the Greater Austin Area Benefit from Credentialed Managers’ Education and Experience
Austin, TX December 2, 2009 - Alliance Association Management (AAM), an Associa Company, proudly announces Vangie Bocanegra and Brad Sanders recently earned the credential Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), awarded by the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers (NBC-CAM).
The CMCA credential signifies managers have passed the NBC-CAM’s national exam and met the requirements for managing condominium, cooperative and homeowner associations. Certified managers must also adhere to the CMCA Standards of Professional Conduct and take continuing education.
Ms. Bocanegra has been a community manager with Alliance Association Management since 2004. She currently manages a portfolio of condominium, townhome and single family home communities.
Mr. Sanders has been with Alliance Association Management since 2008. He is based out of the Cedar Park branch and currently manages a portfolio of condominium, townhome and single family home communities.
Since 1986, Alliance Association Management has specialized in management of community associations in Austin and surrounding areas.
